Trottimus's 'Elaborate' Action Bar

Hello, thankyou for stopping by and taking a look. This is my first proper release
(I've still got two to come out of beta ;P) I hope you like it!

I intend to play around with the new UI modifications and create something
a little different, so keep checking back for updates. Thanks again

I give many thanks to Ghil for the nobags upload, without it I couldn't get
rid of the buttons! and everyone who has and will guide me to create better UI's

To install:
-1: Unzip the file to My Documents/The Lord of the Rings Online/
(I've included the ui/skins folders)
-2: Load up the game, Press Esc to open the menu, and find Options
-3: Go to UI Settings on the right hand side, and scroll all the way down.
-4: In the drop down list, select Trottimus's Elaboration
-5: It should be loaded, enjoy!
