This was an idea from Agentfive's E3Toolbar as well as the great "Invisible Static Bar" from Joviex and a bit from Fantus' "Neon Blue" setup. These guys all did a great job and I must give them credit.
What my "Elf-ish" skin features:
-The center of the E3Toolbar from Agentfive
-Clear sidebars from Joviex
-A nifty "Elf-ish" border for all frames (so far so good)
-An XP bar underlay that features the XP bar broken into tenths (this is for all you OCD people)
There are a few things I am thinking of changing but for the most part I like it as it is. Enjoy!!

This is still a beautiful skin but it still needs some Skin Definition updates. I would step in if I had any idea what I was doing.
Hope someone picks up this skin again,
