Well heres what i did:
1) downloaded the zip file to the desktop,
2)extracted the files form it on an empty foler in the desktop.
3) copied the files to <username>, My documents, The Lord of the rings Online, ui, skins (without the new folder i made on the desktop, just the things inside).
4) logged switched it to UIArtPAckTemplate, exited game

5) started game up, and it did not change anything? (plus it had lines on the load up screen where the tips bar is.

What can i do? Am i supposed to make another folder in the skins folder?

I don't understand. Are you trying to install this as a skin? If so, this is not an interface skin, it's the art assets that make up the default UI. You can use them as templates to create your own skin, but this is not a useable interface as it is. Sorry, I'm not sure I understood what you were asking.

Yeah.. im new to this stuff, i did think it was a skin

virtue_pips_4.tga has 10 pins instead of 12.
This error is also featured on the client's default UI.

If I change the PaperItemPanel in a new SkinDefinition.xml, I can't resize it in the game anymore. Furthermore it creates some errors: It seems to be larger than the visible window because some invisible areas below the window covers buttons and toolbars even if you can see them - they become unclickable.

Any ideas?

Is it possible, that the files are not up to date? If I insert <PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_ItemAdvancement_Forge_Window"> or <PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_PaperItemPanel"> to my own SkinDefinition.xml, the windows looks broken in the game, even if I didn't change anything!

It seems that the game files are newer than those files.

Any chance of getting an updated package without those errors? Many files are not up to date - see my first post.

We have to wait and see if any is release after Tomorrows game patch update.

Don't know if that update will bring(Break) some our current UI after Tomorrow.
