Description
Updated version of my old Yessh one

Version 2.5 and above are for US players only.
For Europe use 2.4 or below.




This is a minimalistic Wowish like skin.

Main features:
  • Removed art assets and buttons on the main Quick slot/XP bar
  • Enlarged Mail, Dressing, Vendor, Crafting & Quest log panels
  • Edited all vitals
  • Character level and name is hidden by default (You can check them by selecting yourself)
  • Main menu button hidden in the middle of the XP bar
  • Moved the focus button and pips at the bottom in the middle of the screen, and changed the art to an eye. (Can be repositioned to your liking editing the SkinDefinition.xml file with the help of the "Edit SkinDefinition.xls" file)
  • Most used screen resolution provided & easy way to update to your settings with the "Edit SkinDefinition.xls" file

Important:
- You need to set the tool bar size to 1 to have the UI docked at the bottom.
- For some resolutions set the Quick Slot bars size to 0.96 to fit the default one.


** v2.6:
  • Tweaked Crafting panel
  • Removed Quest log
  • Added enedwaith tab in accomplishments

** v2.5:
  • F2P version fixes
  • Added 1600x900 support

** v2.4:
  • Edited the player and monster low resolution vitals (The ones with 3d portraits disabled)
  • Changed the NPC quest parchment graphics
  • Fixed the quest map display in the XLS file for custom resolutions

If you'd rather like the older minimap version (v2.1 & below) and/or displayed icons,replace the files in
C:\Users\%username%\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins\Yessh\Graphics\minimap
with the ones in C:\Users\%username%\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins\Yessh\Graphics\minimap\old

Bit clueless on coding (but learning) but anyone able to help with moving the main bar to the right of the screen? Running 1600x900 resolution windowed. Love the ui otherwise.

Edit: Oh. and possibly put the eye to the left of the main action bar.

Yup glad you found it, I added lots of comments in the file so people can tweak it by themselves.

November 2010 Update

Anyone know how to revert to the default crafting panel and quest log while retaining the rest of the UI? The craft panel and quest log were changed quite a bit with today's update and the skin is "broken" I guess you could say at the moment. DaimonUI has instructions for reverting that particular UI back to the default quest log and crafting panels, which seems like a good idea, but those instructions don't translate.

EDIT: Actually, never mind. I just deleted the entire sections in my SkinDefinition.xml file that pertained to the quest log and the craft panel, then reloaded the game and all was well. I can't believe it was that easy.

Has anyone tried Yessh for monsterplay, I just reached rank 3 on a warg and it looks like the vitals was replaced with vanilla graphics. Is it possible to add something on the xml to revert it back to my yessh?

Not that blind for sure but you have to uncheck dock bar1 bar2 ... etc in the options/quickslots menu.

Ok I get that I'm normally blind but I have hit ctrl+\ hundreds of times and have still yet to see the box surrounding those bars. UI

lol! That's the easiest part to move.

"ctrl"+"\" in game will let you move this.

I thought you knew it and wanted to change the position of the main bar that's unmoveable in game contrary to the other ones.

You have to edit the SkinDefinition.xml file related to you resolution size in the
Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins\Yessh folder.

Look for the vitals entries and edit the files names accordingly, the player vital is the first entry, the others are for the targeted creatures
