I finally managed to find out how to hide quite everything around the vitals.
As we can't move the level Background I kept it for better display.
Also we can't hide the elite spiked circle around the elite mobs.
Also we can't edit the Pvp ranks display.
This addon looks great if you set the opponent and player vitals side by side and insert the attack eye in the middle, as suggested by Hollywood.

Hello,
to move the the AutoAttack eye you have to use the Yessh + addon and edit the following lines in the Skindefinition.xml file :

So far we can't show / hide / move our names, nor opponents ones. That's a good thing to be asked to Turbine |
