Prime Sound Player

The prime sound player to be used in order to play sounds supplied by the primeplugin.

How to install:

Extract the zip file in the your lord of the rings online folder. This is the same folder your in game screenshot and chat log files are stored.

How to use:

If the sound player is stored in the correct place simply start the executable. This will open a console window, the window has to be open in order for it to play sounds. When the window is open you need to start logging the standard chat channel in game. You can do this by going to a chat tab that contains the standard chat channel (It can contain others). Then right click on the tab and click on start logging.

To test if you have done this correctly you can use the command "/prime soundtest" to play a test sound. If you hear coughing everything works!

WARNING: The soundlevel of the player can be VERY high when opened for the first time. To adjust this you need to let it play at least on soundeffect (you can use the command), then the sound level should be adjustable in your windows sound manager. You have been warned! Do not blow your ears out!
