I liked the black and simple ui from SWTOR beta and wanted to have something similar in LOTRO, so I made this skin.
This UI modifies mainly mainbar, progress bar, vitals, minimap chatbox and focus/attunement/fervor displays.
Things borrowed/stolen from others ("credits"):
- minimap form Brygard2007 (modified)
- large attunement bar from zerstor (modified to be click-thru and added numerical indicator)
- "dismount" buttons from Erom
- Ultra Mini-packs from rushl |

Just an indication for users :
If your screen resolution isn't 1280 pixels width (the height doesn't matter),
it just require to center the main toolbar by manually editing the skindefinition.xml
For this :
take your screen resolution width, substract 1264, divide the result by 2.
For example : If your lotro resolution is 1920 pixels width, so X="330"
Open your "Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\LOTRO_WARS/"
Open the "skindefinition.xml" with notepad.exe
press f3 and search for Element ID="ToolbarField"
then copy the number you got instead 8 on the line :
<Element ID="ToolbarField" X="8" Y="2000" Width="1264" Height="260">
