Place the unziped plugin folder here:

My Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online

the folder is ziped with winrar

here are the commands to input in your chat window.

(This will create the shortcut to load the manager when you want to use your plugins)
/alias add ;LM /plugins load manager (Press enter)
/alias shortcut ;LM 60 (Press enter)

(This will create the shortcut to access the manager interface window when you want to manage what plugins you want running.)
/alias add ;PM /manager (Press enter)
/alias shortcut ;PM 60 (Press enter)

(The # 60 will place the shortcut on the last slot on bar 5, you can change the number to what ever you want or leave it & drag it where you want it after its created.)

Compilations of plugins while convenient get outdated pretty quickly (when any of the plugins gets updated). Something to keep in mind.

Also are you sure all the plugin authors are ok with their plugins added to a compilation? If a plugin's outdated version is used in a compilation, plugin authors tend to get more error reports - for errors that are already fixed in an updated version - originating from users who use the compilation.

I think it would be better to wait a bit until the MMOUI-Minion program has support for LOTRO, then installing and keeping plugins up to date will be a breeze.
