Sutt quickslots: As per request from thread http://www.lotrointerface.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1526&highlight=request
Requirements: Turbine standard code and DeusDictums dragbar
Instructions: /plugins load SuttQuickslots.
White box (bottom right corner) allows resize.
Circular button shows/hides the box and can be resized when the UI is unlocked.
*I do not intend to add thousands of features, just responding to a request.*
I have not massively playtested this as it is not a feature I require.
Sutt - the playtesting is up to you!

I was unsure of this until I realized it would be an easy way to have travel skills available without screen clutter. the small icon is easy to place on your character, the radar or wherever you want it.
