Oh sorry for no answer to this, but I got a replacement file from Dromo and this seem to work. Didn't have the bug since.

Now I downloaded your linked zip-file, but this is ves 4.8.0 and not the latest one. Will check it anyway, or did you make the changes to 4.8.1 as well?

Doesn't sound like it, but I can be wrong ?

RK: Searing Words are quite long.

Considering Extreme Heat is just the name of the passive which unlocks the ability, maybe just "Searing Words - Tier X".

Hunter:Penetrating Shot with fire-oil active also gets long.

Maybe "Imp. Pen. Shot : Burn Through" as a shorter alternative.

Those were the only 2 with quite obvious long names, and I've look through the majority of trait trees + abilities on all classes.

I quite like the abbreviation Grimmerthan is using for light-dots in his DebuffVitals:
"Ability Name - LDoT" or
"LDoT - Tier X"

As you can see on the screenshot LDoTs are the worst offenders in terms of lengthy names.

If they're cut down like suggested above the only really long name remaining would be Exultation Moral-Tap, which could lead to abbreviating every morale-tap with MT or something like that.

Today or tomorrow I'll take a look at the remaining classes to see if there are any skill names as long as Warden light-dots which also could use some name pruning.

Another great idea, Myrthian. Please make a comprehensive list:

• "Spear of Virtue - Light damage over time" -> "Spear of Virtue T2 Lt DOT"

Please have the exact phrase that is in the CA window that you feel is too long and what you think is the best abbreviation.

Many of the phrases are constructed in code but I'll see what I can do.

Is there a way to abbreviate skills, especially Warden light dots?

Interesting idea, but the coding effort for a one time per toon feature does not seem all that rewarding.

Rather tedious to have it properly customized on my main and for all my alts I have to start over.

Since a few month SSG has introduced some translation regressions on the french lotro client. Some channel shortcuts commands are affected, this leads to plugins being unable to publish in fellow and kinship/tribe chats.

For CombatAnalysis, 3 lines of the file FR.lua should be edited (while waiting for a fix from SSG) as follow :
