You will see both entries are there (just not next to each other), but which one is the one you have is unclear. try to click on each one, and see which is which.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Strings\English\Pets.lua
_PETSTRINGS[69] = {[1]="Little Mūmak";[2]="Random drop from the Throne of the Dread Terror instance.";};
_PETSTRINGS[78] = {[1]="Little Mūmak";[2]="Purchase from store for 595 turbine points.";};
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Data\Pets.lua
_PETS[69] = {[1]=1879335505;[2]=1879335545;[3]=6;} -- Tome of the Little Mūmak
_PETS[78] = {[1]=1879335499;[2]=1879335543;[3]=6;} -- Tome of the Little Mūmak
See if you can get the correct one to work...others have either one or both and I have not heard any problems before.

I have already checked, in the version I've downloaded (1.0.6) those lines are:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Strings\English\Pets.lua
_PETSTRINGS[69] = {[1]="Little Mūmak";[2]="Random drop from Throne of the Dread Terror raid T2 or purchase from store for 595 turbine points.";};
_PETSTRINGS[78] = {[1]="Rohirric Follower";[2]="Barter from Quartermaster (Riders of Rohan) at the War-stead of the King's Men for 40 Exquisite Wood-carvings and 32 Polished Marble Trinkets";};
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Data\Pets.lua
_PETS[69] = {[1]=1879335505;[2]=1879335545;[3]=6;} -- Tome of the Little Mūmak
_PETS[78] = {[1]=1879332618;[2]=1879332632;[3]=9;} -- Tome of the Rohirric Follower
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have also downloaded version 1.0.5 to check those lines as well:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Strings\English\Pets.lua
_PETSTRINGS[69] = {[1]="Little Mūmak";[2]="Presently unknown.";};
_PETSTRINGS[78] = {[1]="Rohirric Follower";[2]="Presently unknown.";};
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Data\Pets.lua
_PETS[69] = {[1]=1879335505;[2]=1879335545;[3]=6;} -- Tome of the Little Mūmak
_PETS[78] = {[1]=1879332618;[2]=1879332632;[3]=9;} -- Tome of the Rohirric Follower
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In both versions 1.0.5 and 1.0.6 there is only
ONE entry for the Little Mūmak pet and it does not work for the one I have (from the LotRO Store)! That's why I said that it seems the second entry had been deleted and it's source added to the first entry. It's also why I said the second entry needs to be restored! Don't think there's much more I can do, I've reported a problem and tried to explain what I've done to investigate the possible cause of that problem. If there's anything that's unclear or if more info is required, please just ask. Obviously you're free to believe me or not, check the files yourself, or just ignore my comments. *shrug*
EDIT:
Went back through previous comments to check the ones that give updated lists of ID's etc and found the following posted by DaBear78 on 06-11-2017, 07:44 PM:

In the latest official version (1.0.6, 05/18/2017) the Hallow-Eve Kite has two different numbers (63 & 90) and the Mūmak has only one entry (should be 2, because there are 2 different versions).

So I'm not the first to find and report this error with the Little Mūmak pet! As for the Hallow-Eve Kite that DaBear78 mentions:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Strings\English\Pets.lua
_PETSTRINGS[63] = {[1]="Hallows-eve Kite";[2]="Available at the store for 595 Lotro pts.";};
_PETSTRINGS[90] = {[1]="Hallows-eve Kite";[2]="Available at the store for 595 Lotro pts.";};
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Data\Pets.lua
_PETS[63] = {[1]=1879339353;[2]=1879339330;[3]=10;} -- Tome of the Hallows-eve Kite
_PETS[90] = {[1]=1879339353;[2]=1879339330;[3]=10;} -- Hallows-eve Kite
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ...\Pets\Data\Pets.lua you can clearly see those ID numbers are identical. In case it matters I use Notepad++ to view and edit .lua files (as well as many other formats) so it's really easy to find duplicate words or numbers!
EDIT #2:
Found an older comment by Rainith on 05-12-2017, 01:55 AM:

I just want to point out that this is incorrect. I have the store version and it is different from the drop version and will not work with the plugin. I've been meaning to mention it for a while, but I keep thinking someone else will mention it or figure it out.

Which was corrected in the strings etc that Xanthor posted in 3 comments on 05-28-2017, 01:49 AM, but it seems those didn't make it to the actual version provided for download!
@ Xanthor: I'll add the contents of both ...\Pets\Strings\English\Pets.lua and ...\Pets\Data\Pets.lua so you can see for yourself!
