Champion Fervour Plugin
This plugin creates a simple graphic window that shows how much fervour your champion has. Since it works on champion fervour and champion stances, the plugin will not work for other classes.
Install
To install, unzip the downloaded file into the C:\Users\{username}\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\Plugins folder.
REQUIREMENTS
This plugin also requires:
1) the Turbine utilities file that is available at:
http://content.turbine.com/sites/lotro/lua/Beta_LuaPlugins.7z
2)The dragbar plugin from Deusdictum that is available at:
http://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/info367-ClassDragBarwithExamples.html
The folders will look similiar to the folder layout screenshot.
NOTE: You can safely merge the DhorPlugins folder with an existing folder if you have one of my other plugins installed. It will not break anything.
Start
To start the plugin, type /plugins load ChampionFervour. Now that there is a Turbine Plugin Manager, I suggest just using that to start the plugin.
Using
Use 'Ctrl-\' to show the dragbar to move the panel, just like other elements of the UI.
Right-Click anywhere on the window to bring up the menu, which allows you to open the Options window, or show a graph of your focus during your last fight.
If you are not using a skin, a small white square will appear in the lower right corner when the mouse is over it. Click and drag this square to resize the panel.
Options
Currently you can:
Select Horizontal or Vertical layout
Show fervour bars, number or both.
Lock the window from moving and resizing.
Choose to use a custom skin.
Set the Out of Combat and In Combat opacities.
Set the background color.
Set the text color.
Set the fervour color, including different colors for each stance. NOTE: Due to a bug in the LOTRO client, champion stances are not currently detected properly, so for now only the default color is being used. Once the bug has been fixed, I will update the plugin to use different colors.
Custom 'Skin'
Currently we can only use 1 'skin' at a time. Really, a 'skin' is just a patch to replace the skinsettings.lua file and custom artwork for the plugin. To create a skin, you just need to modify the skinsettings.lua file, and create your custom art. I have included an example skin in the patch/addons section. I hope that I have included enough comments in the skinsettings.lua file to explain what each setting does.
What would I like to see? I would prefer it if we could install multiple folders and have many different skins to choose from instead of only allowing one. I will make the suggestion over on the LOTRO forums, but I doubt it will happen any time soon.
