The issue with Creeps is the Gold. Commendations will work once I finish some minor changes for version 1.03 to account for the missing Gold and DP interfaces for Creeps (it's already implemented, it just needs a bit more testing).

For some reason it did not show any numbers next to the icons for me when I used it first time, except for the money. I noticed the Destiny points not showing. Turning that off and back on did make it appear. However my Marks, Medallions, Seals and Relic Shards did not. I'll try to look into it a bit more next time and will report if I can distinguish anything.

How are you launching Wallet? Are you using the Turbine Launcher? I'm wondering if there is a problem similar to the Backpack initialization.

EDIT: After some quick testing, I confirmed there is indeed a bug in Turbine's barter wallet the causes the quantities to be 0 when loaded with the Turbine Launcher. If you unload the plugin and reload it the quantities will be correct. I will look into a work around for this ASAP.

After some more testing, this is going to take a little longer to work around than I initially thought. I should have a fix available in a day or two.

Version 1.03 is mostly just bug fixes and workarounds. This version will work for Creeps and will work with the Turbine Plugin Loader.

Note, for Creeps, the only valid currency will be Commendations since Turbine has not implemented :GetMoney() or :GetDestinyPoints() for MonsterPlayerAttributes. When Turbine implements either of those, they will auto-magically become available in Wallet for Creeps.

Hi, there's a minor localization issue, some items are displayed twice, in english and in local language, but however, it works fine

Thanks for pointing this out.

That's a side effect of the fact that Turbine doesn't provide distinct IDs for the different currencies so they are identified by "Name". I hadn't anticipated the impact on the default names. What's worse is if you switch clients it will add all of the currencies you encounter, not just the defaults The temporary workaround, as you already found, is to uncheck the 'Show' setting for the duplicates.

Fortunately, the solution should be fairly simple and should be available whenever ver 1.04 gets released.

Nice plugin :)

Nice plugin, I use it on all my characters now

I have a suggesion for an enhancement if you are interested.

Sometimes I want to know how much cash or skirmy marks (ore pretty much anything!) I have earnt from a particular activity. It would be nice if I could take a snapshot of the current wallet state and later run a report of the difference.

I was thinking that it might be something that fits in your plugin.

IIRC there is already another plugin that does something along those lines. I don't recall the name, but it should be available here at LoTROInterface.com. As long as Wallet is stable, this should be the last update for it for quite a while, but please feel free to use the "Feature" button at the top of this page to add your suggestion as a feature request. I suspect that most people don't realize that button is for making requests/suggestions rather than seeing existing features as very few people actually use it.

If I did add such a feature, it would probably be in the form of a "log" which would allow you to see all changes to currencies and roughly what action caused the change as well as sorting and totalling. However, this is just a rough idea at the moment and not slated for the ever growing 'ToDo' list.

Feature button

Ahh - I hadn't noticed the feature button. I knocked up a WalletTracker last night after seeing your updated plugin

Its got a bug I am about to fix - my implementation of the money -> gold, silver, copper is naieve and forgets it can be negative.

I've included a CopyLeft licence in my plugins - never done this before. If you grab the code and plug it in that's fine, but the thing about the CopyLeft licences is that it will then be attached to your one! Kind of cool - kind of weird

Oooh I like that idea. I've often wanted to know what my total take from any particular instance or skirmish run was. It's almost impossible to tell in the slew of messages flying by in my chat windows.

Updating Festival Tokens not accuate

I use the Wallet on all of my many characters and it has been just fine until the Festival began and the Tokens were added. I don't have the premium wallet so maybe that is part of the issue. On some characters the wallet display never shows any tokens (Anniversary, Tin, Iron) while others show them just fine. On the ones that do update though, when I spend the tokens, the Tin and Iron never drop below 1 (and one of the characters is stuck at 5) even though I've used them all. I use different skins and a lot of other plugins so I have no idea if this is related or not. Any ideas?

Thanks for the bug report.

This is an issue that also affects AltInventory and I've already got a fix for Wallet almost ready to go (AltInventory will take a bit longer to fix ). I have been testing the fix for the last two days and it seems to be stable. I have a few more test cases to run and if I don't find any additional issues with it tonight, I should be posting the update later tonight or tomorrow. Meanwhile, you should be able to get any currencies that appear as 1 when they should be 0 to correct themselves by unloading and reloading the plugin.

I'm curious about the character that has a currency stuck at 5 - do you know the currency name and is it still stuck after you reload the plugin? Since some of the currencies use the same icons, are you sure it's the currency you thought it was - version 1.05 will have a context menu that shows the currency name when you hover over the icon to avoid confusing currencies where Turbine used the same icon.

Suggestion: Put in an option to allow the display to start at the bottom of the window and go up instead of the top-down approach used now.
