v2.0 is finally out !

LIP now covers LIs up to level 95, and has two new features: LIs in LIP can now be imported from the chat or exported to it ! (with some limitations, see below).

Cheers to people who provided data and encouragement

Please report any discrepancy between real LIs and their counterparts in LIP.

Changes in 2.0 (see "Changelog.txt" for a list of all legacies that were altered).

- Updated: Legendary items between level 86 and 95, third and second age, are now covered
- Updated: legacies match the many changes & new legacies in the HD expansion
- Updated: name of various legacies that were altered in the HD expansion or recent updates
- New: Import LIs ("Sauron's eye" button to open/close the window) with some limitations:

- LIs can only be imported from item links posted in the chat (Not possible any other way).
- Unidentified LIs can't be imported
- Age and level are "guessed" and may be wrong or set by default
- Some legacies may be set to rank 1 especially in the case above
- Bridles are not currently supported

- New: Export LIs to the chat as regular item links (through the small 'chat bubble' icon), with some limitations (see below).

- Bridles are not currently supported
- Only certain levels of LIs can be exported (the more interesting levels are covered though)
- Incoming Healing Rating does not display correct values

Possible issues:

- Benevolence Healing Rating likely very off
- Many legacies were altered, some changes may have gone unnoticed
- A few of the altered legacies have 0 costs at tier 1

That's all for captains, thanks. Basically there are 10 possible 'patterns' for legacy costs (those with 9 ranks anyway). Most of the time, one tier is enough to figure out which, but because some values are identical for multiple 'patterns' at certain tiers, that's not always the case.

I won't be able to work on LIP until next week really. I'm on two projects at the moment for work, and I'm not ahead of schedule on either

I have RK, Guardian and Champ, I try to collect as many as I can.
Anyway some "old" legacy's cost also changed usually where the legacy also changed a bit, for example guardian stamp cooldown.

I need only one tier for each legacy, any tier really.

So for instance, if I needed data for "Words of Courage Pulses" and you had it at tier 4: I would just need the points it costs to raise that from rank 1 to rank 2, rank 2 to rank 3 etc up to rank 9. In other words I'd need:

Costs for Words of Courage Pulses at T4: 5,7,10,14,18,24,30,36

No need for scrolls of empowerment, though scrolls of renewals are needed to reset legacies to rank 1 otherwise tooltips don't show the points needed to rank up.

I need that info for all new legacies, so for captains that would be:

Weapon majors:
- Captain Area-effect Healing

- Oathbreaker's Shame duration

Weapon minors:

I have to pester people for point costs on the new legacies at the moment I can't gather data myself for Rune-keepers, champions, captains and guardians in particular as my characters of those classes are too low level to even get legendary items.
