Unfortunately i didn't notice the numbers for the other tiers, but one could think the scale is similar to Guardian weapon legacy "Guardian Bleed Damage" at least the Tier 6 level is similar.

I seem to have overlooked that legacy entirely, oops. It should indeed be the case that other tiers scale the same as "Guardian Bleed Damage", so your data is all I need to fix it.

I'll upload a new version of the plugin real soon, thanks for your report!

v.2.0.2 uploaded with the following changes:
- New: Partial French Translation
- Fixed: (GRD) Catch a breath cooldown had wrong values and costs

I made blind changes, as in: I didn't test the plugin is working in game, so this will probably come back to bite me, please report if I broke something.

I've not played in months and my time is divided between work and enjoying summer whenever I have some free time at the moment, so that may take a while. No idea what's changed in the last few updates.

We can use for lv100 , because if I am right there is no significant changed on the legacy front. It would be nice to see the plugin calculate the correct numbers for dps and stat legacy but not the world biggest problem. So enjoy your holiday and real life

I'll have a look, I've just reinstalled a new PC and reinstalled LotRO, if it's only a matter of finding out how stuff scaled, that should be a whole lot easier than figuring out what half the legacies became
