Known issues for 1.2:

- "Targeted Melee Skill Range" (guardians) has incorrect values and number of ranks at higher levels.
- "Guardian Bleed Pulses" and "Rend Pulses" (champions) have incorrect costs at Tier 6.
- "Rend Pulses" (champions) is missing one rank
- "Guardian Bleed Pulses", "Rend Pulses" (champions), "Pulse Modifier for Glee" (burglars), "Wizard Fire Pulses" & "Burning Embers Pulses" (lore-masters), have incorrect rank 2 costs on lvl 67 and 73 third age LIs as well as lvl 65 first age LIs.
- "Adamant/Invincible Duration" (champions) has incorrect values & costs at all tiers
- "Muster Courage Cooldown" (Captains) has incorrect values & costs at all tiers (also in previous versions of LIP)
- "Stealth Level" (burglars) and "Stealth Detection" (hunters) have incorrect costs at rank 3, tier 6 on items below level 71.
- Harmstring Range (champions) is entirely wrong
- "Finesse Rating" (rune-keepers) has the wrong values for anything but level 75 2nd ages


The above should be fixed in v1.3 when it's out (give me a few days).

epic plugin, thank you!

found an error for cappy emblems:

muster courage cd reduction shows -30 seconds at max on plugin.
in game it is -10.

will report anymore i find, thanks again for this awesome piece of work!!

Thanks to Amtor for bringing this to my attention, I'll release a corrected version within a few days.

Anyone with data on "Harmstring Range" (champions) or Finesse Rating (rune-keepers, anything but level 75 2nd age), I'm a taker.

LIP 1.2 is here, it's been updated for Rise of Isengard, and let me tell you, it wasn't easy, a lot of legacies get weird around lvl 70 and beyond !

I had to make a lot of educated guesses as to how legacies behave at higher levels especially on second age items, hopefully I got it mostly right. Still there *are* going to be some mistakes made. Don't hesitate to report discrepancies.

Level 75 first age items are sort of implemented, but it's pure guesswork for this version since they don't exist in game yet.

Besides being upgraded for RoI, a few bug fixes and minor interface changes, v1.2 has a new feature: mouse-overing the level display of a legendary item will bring up an item experience chart, for people like me who can't ever remember how much experience is needed for key levels.

Well I'm done with what I thought would make LIP ready for an update, but I keep discovering oddities about various legacies, which is giving me more work. I'll be releasing something in a few days, although it'll be imperfect.

Please note that the next version of LIP will come after Rise of Isengard, reflecting changes to legacies of various classes, this might take a couple weeks after the expansion is out though.

Just downloaded the updated version, looks like great tweaks you made there... and so soon already!

I was going to suggest adding IXP data, but I see someone beat me to it. Also figured that adding Relics might be a great improvement, but it seems that you're planning that also

Another suggestion I have though is that it would be very convenient to be able to change the order in which the legacies show in LIP. Currently the order is alphabetical, I believe, but the order in the client LI window is different and I find myself constantly double-checking if I'm upgrading the right legacy. Would be great if the order of the legacies (top to bottom) could be adjusted so they are the same as in the client LI window.

Also just downloaded the latest version of your plugin manager by the way, which looks like a great improvement over the one I've always used up to now. Can't wait to get in-game and try it out!

Astute observations there, and a very good suggestion that I'll implement!

I acknowledge I tried to cram too many things into too small a space, I was working under a set of somewhat conflicting (self imposed) constrains:
- remaining as close as possible to Turbine's design for the LI panel, as you mentioned, while adding further information.
- reusing in game resources as much as possible, to keep the footprint of the plugin small (plus at the end of the day I'm much more of a software developer than a graphic designer). This, however, meant making LIP the exact dimension it is currently.
- displaying up to seven legacies without scrolling. When I started working on the plugin, seven legacies was the gold standard for LIs, and scrolling to see all your legacies was one thing I really disliked about Turbine's LI panel.
This led, rightly or wrongly so, to LIP's UI for which I could afford to waste no pixel. Anyway, I now have more leeway, LIs with seven legacies are soon going to be a thing of the past, and Turbine released a new set of background elements that allow resizing the standard LI panel. In other words, I can and will make the next iteration of this plugin less 'compact' without compromising on my intents. I may or may not rethink the repetition of the 'next' and 'spent' labels for each legacy in the process

Nice catch on the positioning by the way, actually a case of the engine trying to display "Spent:" on two lines, breaking the vertical centering.

v1.1 uploaded. Items can now be renamed, added the missing guardian legacy "Overpower Power Cost" (d'oh!). As per requests, there's now an option to not show the window immediately when started. LIP will also remember its position on the display, and the plugin with start on the current character's class when loaded.
