BlackBird is a complete UI replacement for Dungeons and Dragons Online.
It was made so that the interface for DDO would sit into the background a bit more, and not be as loud as the original interface or the rather shouty update 7 UI. As such it might be described as rather dull, or at least colourfully grey.
There are issues mainly to do with alignment of various pieces of the interface, ie. window edges being mismatched, graphics being clipped. Unfortunately until we have access to some form of layout description I cannot fix it. But, i would like to, so Turbine please let us fix the layouts of the interface panels in a future update

i made some small adjustments, first to the main health panel which had alignment issues with chars that have 3 bars (health+spl+ki), and secondly a minor colour and highlight fix to the active item overlay that appears on the toolbars. this is still a work in progress but does make active items a bit more noticable, which the feeback has rightly made a point of.

fixed the hotbar highlights that were missing for locked hotbars (vertical and horizontal)
cleaned out some unneeded psd files
added 25% 50% 75% indicators in the health bar and in the focus orb. these are fairly subtle, but might do the trick for the moment. i'll upload small screenshots of these to the ddo forum thread in a minute. in the zip archive there are alternate focus orb files with markings for 5,10,20,30,40,50,75 percentages if people want that sort of thing. just rename the files appropriately.

Update 11 fixes to the main HP/SP bar when the portrait is active, and to the party healthbars.
note: I dont currently have an Atrificer, so there's nothing special done for the pet versions of the healthbars. They should still display as the non-pet versions do and I'll get around to it when i can.
note2: the non-portrait version of the healthbars are currently unskinnable.
note3: no, we cannot make the party health bars any bigger
as always, to avoid confusion, download the updated zip file above and install it as normal, replacing any BlackBird folder that you might already have.
