Delete the line that contains that code - Turbine removed that file.

EDIT: Just downloaded the latest version and it still doesn't play nice for me. Even when I delete the line containing Turbine.Utils I get;

Code:
...ings Online\Plugins\Faflaf\FormElements\CheckBox.lua:65: attempt to index field 'base' (a nil value)

Well I did find a problem, which is probably well known by now, and is also probably related to the problem with Turbine not allowing two plugins access to the same info at the same time.

Basically, with Buffbars and Vitalbars both active (no matter what order you load them), Vitalbars works fine, but Buffbars will not react to morale level triggers to put up a morale pot, etc. So if I set a morale pot to pop up at 30% morale, it will never pop up. Actually it took me awhile to realize what was happening.

Strangely, it works flawlessly with Palantir, which I was using previously, I just don't like how much screen it takes up.

I'm really disappointed because I much prefer the look of Vitalbars, but I depend on those morale and power triggers from Buffbars. Is there any hope for making this plugin work like Palantir so that both Vitalbars and Buffbars are fully compatible?

I am now having the issue Mr Jackdaw is reporting. I have wiped and reinstalled all plugins (including the latest example scripts which I did not have previously).

I noticed that the currently available download says it's still version 1.3.0, is it actually 1.3.1 and you just didn't update the VitalBars.plugin file? That would certainly explain the problems, and why the currently available download still has the Utils dependency when the 1.3.1 patchnotes say that it has been removed...

I am now pretty convinced that all my problems stem from the fact that the fixed version 1.3.1 is not currently uploaded for download. I am experiencing all the problems it claims to fix.

Am I correct in thinking this only changes your own unit frames and not your targets?

I would be very happy, if you could rework that plugin to look like this:

https://picasaweb.google.com/callidu...51670446725906

I can imagine how much work it can be, but I have just started to learn programming, so it is impossible for me now. And also if you have done it, everyone would love you...

Angry grrrrr

i get this and i installed files im sposed to get to plugins location
...f the Rings Online\Plugins\Faflaf\VitalBars\Main.lua:7: Unable to resolve package "Turbine.Utils". any help plz really want this mod to work
i read other posts and i copied files to where i thought is right location. lotr/plugins ---mabe u can add exact description to where as we copy the files and to exactly wat directory and if its ur faflaf folder or the contents inside we copy over- i think some of us are extracting to a non correct location. now i feel i have multiple files and some are just not where should be and duplicated and u know well..... can u mabe make it clear as to where the dl goes not just say same place as other dl's cos im now baffled and still get same error
...f the Rings Online\Plugins\Faflaf\VitalBars\Main.lua:7: Unable to resolve package "Turbine.Utils".

i use manager plugin and that works fine along with tonicbars, i had 0 problems with these been extracted

i placed the faflaf folder in my plugins folder along with the turbine and turbine plugins folders required-- i also have here my tonicbars folder and its add on extention dragbars and also my (shady)manager which all work in game. in my manager add on ur faflaf name does show up to load but on load up gives that same error. did i place something wrong or did i need to place files inside ur faflaf folder to a certain location?
all ready have this but did it any way and over wrote as needed--You need first install this http://content.turbine.com/sites/lot..._LuaPlugins.7z to the same Folder where your plugins are-
just came across this post -- I know how demoralising this can be when the bugs start to hit! Did you unload the old Turbine folder when you put in the new one, as Turbine.Utils has been removed. so am i to just delete the turbine folder and then copy the new turbine folder? soon find out if that was the problem will re post if problem is solved.. nope same problem still occurs--- thinks lotro wtb into curse client !!! even tho self extracting is easy even i am unsure why i have not got this plugin to work as i know how to read and copy paste etc but still get this problem and its sooo annoying.

Not very useful to me

I got it to work just fine by deleting the "Turbine.Utils" line from main.

However, since it seems to hide my buffs & debuffs (like food) I don't think it'll be very useful to me.

Oh well.

Faflaf, not sure if you are still around or not or maybe someone else can do this, but with ROI there was new LUA opened up allowing access to the Right Click Menu. Could this be added to Vital Bars? That would be awesome and I could hide the Character Vitals Completely.

I am also getting a weird : Failed to resolve package "". error when loading this as well.

If you are using Manager, I get this error too.
