What this is
It's a collection of classes designed to duplicate the functionality of various UI elements that, at least at the original time of creation, didn't exist in the API.
Limitations
Unlike the actual Turbine.UI.LotRO elements, these will not accept skins. This is a limitation of the API, as plugin authors have no method of handling UI skins.
Documentation
This library currently contains the following classes:
BaseWindow - A LotRO Window without a titlebar, commonly seen confirmation dialogs (i.e. Are you sure?)
Checkbox - (depreciated) A LotRO Checkbox with optional label, for skinning support (including monster play) use Turbine.UI.Lotro.Checkbox instead.
ColorPicker - A color picker in the style of the LotRO color picker control - seen especially in the chat page of the options panel.
DropDownBox - A LotRO Drop-down box.
Slider - A LotRO slider, with support for a label, complete with value display
Window - Similar to the Turbine.UI.Lotro.Window, except with the ability to set the width of the title bar. This was done because the official API version's title bar continues to expand with the size of the window, while the title bars of actual in-game windows stop at 255px wide. Again, unlike the official window class, this is not skinning aware.
(Usage/examples available soon)

What is the deal with the LocalPlayer class not being recognized?
|
I'm not sure what this has to do with DUInterface, but as of the latest update, LocalPlayer can only be accessed with the LocalPlayer.GetInstance(); function.
