This is a Tiny Vitals that can be used with as a tiny icon for context menus that Lua vitals are unable to recreate.
This was created as a response to Olenn's question on Digital_Utopia's Palantir HUD plugin http://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/info377-Palantir.html where he asked "It it possible to reskin the original vitals into a small icon that would simply serve to bring up the menu"
Everyone fell free to include or link to it in any skin/mod/plugin that could use it

*edit* The issue was on my end, not with the uploads. Thanks for the quick reply and great mod!
This works great, and keeps the portrait functionality that I was missing when running some other plugins. It seems to not work properly with the mod "Grimdigits", as something causes that plugin to not want to load. I haven't a clue what to start goofing with, so if there is a way to get them both running together I would love to know how.
If you're inclined to investigate, let me know if there is anything I can help with.

I tried using this with Grimdigits and had no trouble. I tried loading with many different plugins and could not get Grimdigits to fail with or without this.
Could you provide a list of what plugins you're using as that could have something to do with it.

I tried using this with VitalBars but when I load VitalBars the mini-icon disappears so it is not of any use in my case.
Is there a way to have both displaying at the same time? With the recent change to all the instances its quite annoying not to be able to use the 'Leave Instance' button, especially since there's no /command for it.

There's an option in VitalBars to hide the in game Vitals. You need to have that option off for this to show up.

Any chance of an update for this for the new patch (now seems to be broken)? Or is there another plugin with similar functionality? This is a handy doodad as I don't like running the vitals due to the fact I use a plasma TV for a monitor and prefer to keep the vital parts off (I use Palantir).

Should still work it's a reskin of the in game vitals using the XML skinning system not a Lua plugin so little change was made in the new patch and none that I know of to effect vitals but I'll look into it.
Edit: Still worked when I tested it.

Doh, you're absolutely right, I was actually looking at a different vitals plugin that wasn't loading...but now that I have your attention, I use DaimonUI, is there a way I can integrate this into that? Do I just replace the TGA file, or will I need to modify the Daimon skindefnintion as well?
Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the reply.

You would need to edit the skindefnintion but DaimonUI skindefnintion is well documented so it's easy to understand what you would need to change

Is it easy to explain to me what needs to be changed? Is it just one line, or a whole bunch? I assume I overwrite the existing TGA file in the DaimonUI directory, and then modify something in the xml file?
Thanks again.

In DaimonUI's XML file look for
Code:
<!-- VITALS -->
<PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_AvatarPanel">
remove, replace with the code from this (other than the ArtAssetID Line), everything up to
Code:
<!-- opponent vitals -->
you want to leave the
Code:
<!-- VITALS -->
<Mapping ArtAssetID="player_vitals_backdrop" FileName="..\Vitals\vitalsPlayer.tga" />
and other ArtAssetID as is
rename my "UltraMiniVitals.tga" to "vitalsPlayer.tga" use it to replace Daimon's file "\Vitals\vitalsPlayer.tga".
That should do it

Is there any way to apply this to opponent vitals as well? I tried editing the skindefinitions file but the opponent vitals seem to encompass more information than the player vitals, and I would like to avoid touching the object target frame....
