Thanks for maintaining this plugin.

In TonicBars I was able to set up bars which were invisible until moused over.
I've tried every combination of options I can see using MysticBars and I can't get this feature to work.

I'm sure I'm missing something. Can you point me in the right direction please?

Hello.. i play on a german Client and there the Plugin wont work. In English it works fine and look very Helpful...is it maybe possible that you can make it so it works in German too?

Make sure to backup your files. Then just upgrade to v3.1.1 and everything should work. My testing of this process worked.

First, just backup your <path>\The Lord of the Rings Online\PluginData directory. That way, you can roll back if you need to.

Although, all the bars should just work. I did make a change for some of the Buff Triggers. Those might need to be reset. I might be able to add migration logic for this.

I currently have TonicBars 2.9.1 installed and configured. How do I upgrade to 3.1.0 and retain the bars I currently have defined?

I'm OK with doing it manually if you can provide some guidance.

I have a new version in the works. I have started bringing the VERY old code up-to-date. Utilizing Services, cleaner update on the Menus, cleaning up the deletion of bars as it appears checking and unchecking to delete is unintuitive, fixing Inventory Bars with the new Menu system, etc.

I'm really looking to add functionality, but not too much has changed from LUA perspective. Trying to find new ways to bring you all cool new bars. Will post in the near future.

Dont know whats going on with this plugin but my bars I make with it disappear offscreen, they are still in the options list but are nowhere to be found
Im sure this new total garbage cursed plugin manager built into the game is interfering with it somehow

Stupid question, but I unticked a bar (and ext) by accident, and it disappeared.

I can't for the life of me work out how to make it re-appear, is this possible?

I can edit the plugindata if needed, but it seems to be there still and I can't see that the settings are any different than any other bar I've created...

(unless of course, I'm using an old version of the file, which is totally possible as I seem to have a Documents folder for every system rebuild I've ever done - don't laugh)....

Did you try to change the screen size to its former size, reposition your bar and the resize the screen again?

I been having a problem since buying a bigger monitor.
I made a bar but when I load the game I cant find it, it shows in the list, in the plugin manager. The built in lotro plugin manager seems to overwrite tonicbars own options window now is there a way to disable the awful lotro plugin manager? No idea why the bar keeps dissapearing when I load it is nowhere on screen at all. Its as if it is putting it off screen its very strange.

I've just been testing this out and love it! It's fab for the most part, but I have had some bars that were working on initial setup, not reload after relogging.

I too, have this error when adding some items (the one below is a mount):

[edit]To look into the "not saving issue" I just tried

• Setting up an extension, populating it, then relogging. Seems to work.
• Setting up an extension then exiting seems NOT to work

But I'm not sure it's consistent on the first point. Is it something I'm doing wrong, or something I'm not doing?


Just thinking out loud and I'm happy to test things if you want?

PS the only thing that would make this more awesome would be to set a non-clickable "anchor" slot. e.g. a horse icon representing mounts that can't be clicked but just unfurls the extension. I don't know if that's even possible though!

I've been using TonicBars extensively since I started playing, on more than 20 alts. But randomly some of the alts refuse to load it, and I'm stuck with just the normal Quickslots.
I've refreshed and now have the new version, but still have the problems
