Re: Limited in position
_ Bevy 'o Bars still works fine, but i got a small problem : i can't move my bar the the right side of my monitor. Im using 1920x1200 resolution, but in options panel, bars can only move to max 1024x768 place, mean all half of right side of my screen, i can't place bars there.
_ So, anyways i can fix it myself ?
I have the same problem using 1920x1080 resolution. Would love to know if there's a fix for this.

I suspect you are running in "Full Screen (Windowed)" mode in which case this is a bug in the underlying client that will be addressed in update 16.5. If you wish to manually address this before 16.5 is released, you can temporarily switch to "Full Screen" mode, set your resolution to your desktop resolution, save settings, then switch back to "Full Screen (Windowed)" resolution and restart the client. All plugins should then get the correct screen size and behave correctly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
THANK YOU MrJackdaw for this fantabulous plugin. It's just what I needed to de-clutter my screen and streamline my gameplay, a million thank yous!
I love that you have class options; I've already set up my hunter to have certain skills show only when she's achieved a certain measure of focus. I'm anxious to try out a few others, like minstrel and runekeeper, sweet! But one question.
I haven't seen a Loremaster option under my modules for my LM. Does one exist? I have the plugin loaded, and when I log in to my LM, I type /BB module and a list comes up, but there's nothing for Loremaster. Am I doing something wrong? I'd love to have a module that allows for certain skills to show up only when the "flanked" effect occurs. Is this possible?
Thanks again! Beers at the Bird and Baby on me.

Buff Monitor Problem
Hey man,
For whatever reason I cannot get the monitor functionality to work. No matter what I add in the monitor box, it just resets every time I open the box again, and the bar will not appear or disappear with any selected buffs. Am I doing something wrong with it or is there an issue?
Thanks!

files contain 1.000000 not
Thank you very much using this amazing plugin. Using it for years now.
PLEASE HELP, im stuck on coding. ![Embarrassment](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/redface.gif)
Well, just today, I did a full reinstall windows 10. Copied nicely the d:\documents\Lord of the Rings\*.* back to my \user\...\documents\Lord of the Rings
I did this also when I bought this pc, and copied the directory to this new pc.
Well, now suddenly, I get an error in function.lua. Digged into the code, and compared this with other plugins.
Bevy saves data to the BevyOBars2.plugindata in the format "1" for example.
Now with a new character in the format 1.000000 like other plugins.
All the time, it worked perfect with the "1" format, now suddenly saves the bar information into another format ????
I tried to edit the files, replaced all the "< number>" into < number>.000000 see the bars, but are now empty without an image.
What can I do ?????
.plugindata how it worked all the time:
["X"] = "100",
["Y"] = "100"
now suddenly the settings are saved like this:
["X"] = 100.000000,
["Y"] = 100.000000
HELP, my bevybar settings file is 650k.

Can you assign hotkeys to the slots?
Is it possible to assign hotkeys to the slots? Here is the reason I need this:
My 83 year old father is a huge LOTR fan from way back. He loves this game, but just cannot get the wasd + mouse control scheme. He has been using a game controller, using the Joy2Key program to map the buttons to key combinations. As he has leveled up, he has run out of buttons on the game controller, and can't work the mouse quickly enough to effectively use all his skills.
I got him the big joystick controller from xkeys.com. It is a joystick, surrounded by 68 programmable keys, with customizable backlighting. I would like to be able to set up action bars that physically correspond to the button layouts I have programmed on the xkeys controller, so he can populate them as he wishes for each character.
If this mod does not support it, does anyone know of a mod that does something similar? I need something that will let me make 3x3 or 3x4 action bars that can be triggered by key combinations, like the current default action bars do.
If you can help me find something like this, you would make an elderly gamer very happy. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, you will not find any Plugins that activate skills or items in response to key presses since the Lua interface as implemented by Turbine does not allow it. Unlike the build-in quickslots, Lua Quickslot controls can only be activated by mouse clicks.

Re: Re: Re: Can you assign hotkeys to the slots?
Can't you assign the skills to the built-in quickslots so that the keyboard shortcuts work, then hide the built-in toolbars, and also assign the skills to these custom quickslots for visibility and organization?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Can you assign hotkeys to the slots?
Sorry for the late reply, but no, that won't do what I want. I wanted to make it where he could simply drag skills and powers to an on-screen grid that matches the physical controller.

Hi there.
Regardless of loading the plugin directly or using the loader it won't show me the optional modules and I have no idea how to fix that. Help would be very much appreciated.

I also have the problem with the module loader not showing any modules. Any toons that I had previous enabled modules on are fine because the modules still work even though they don't show up in the loader. For new toons, I cannot add modules, however, and copying settings from another toon doesn't help either. It was something recent that busted this. Not sure we'll get a response as it looks to be an out of date addon ![Frown](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/frown.gif) Still super useful on my toons that already had modules installed.
