I am unable to extract the Beta 3 Zip. I have tried with WinRAR and the built in Windows 7 tools and downloads from multiple browsers. Beta 2 extracts without issue for me to patch the original.

Fantastic work again! I must confess - I have ceased all work on this since they announced LUA is coming as it may make a lot of work redundant.

Assumming all skins reside in their proper maps and structure you could make a selector box on the skin directory and offer the choice to patch already installed skins ?

the problem with that is that there are different authors for different skins and you can't just add everything in one big file without at least asking them first. otherwise you might end up having no skinners at all.

Now for future improvements how about:
- UI integration
The various interface improvements over the default lotro ui should be abte to be integrated with user ui's.
Eg, I want the improvements to integrate with the delving fields ui.
So I select the ui i like to use in a drop down menu, then select the improvements i want and voila.

Oddly, this works on my wife's Vista PC, but not my XP one. Will look into it when I get time...
