Warning: This skin is out of date for the F2P release. If it looks borked, that's because it is :P I'll try working on it when I have some free time, but free time is currently at a premium.
Version: 1.2
Date of Creation: June 1, 2010
Features: - Expanded dressing room
- Wider crafting panel
- Minimalized UI components
- Nearly invisible inventory
- Stylish UI decor
How to Set Up a Custom UI
Version 1.2 Update
- Added in a /ui layout optional. It is inside of the BVM folder and will be titled BlackVellumMini.layout. Put this file into a folder inside of your UI folder titled Layouts. Once in game you can use the following command so that your UI will be laid out similar to the one in my screen shot to the right:
/ui layout load BlackVellumMini
For more info on the /ui command, view the Lorebook entry.
Version 1.1 Update
- Made the selection's level visible (Thanks, NewYears1978 for helping with that )
This UI is a compilation using the following themes:
Black Vellum
Cleanlinez
Bachii UI
Daimon UI
Ultra Mini Packs
WideCraft

First, is that picture from before or after you re-logged?
All custom interfaces you will have to install, log out your character to character select and then relog into your character again.
Second, I fixed the level for 1.1, you should be able to see your opponents level directly to the left of their vital bar.
Also, look in my screen shots. There isn't suppose to be a 3d portrait for these vitals, they have been taken out. That is why you don't see them.
Please look closely at my screen shots of the interface. Most of what you consider to be 'broken' (No 3d portrait, invisible level bar) are how the skin is suppose to look.
I'm not sure what to say about your elements being "all over the place" as that isn't terribly specific and your screen shot just looks like you installed the skin without relogging.

this thing would be fine if but for a number of things broken with it.
1 the level is not showing.
2 this mod breaks everytime i login. By this is simply mean that for one reason or another, no element on screen will stay in it's place.
I did a fresh install of the interface directly through my client.
When I loaded vellum interface, it showed me my portrait, my level and the nicely arrange things on screen, after i relogged the ui became junk because not only could i not get the 3d profile back which mysteriously disappeared, but at the same time my skill bar messed up, the xp bar disappeared completely and all elements where literally all over the place.
This has happened numerous times now, and it appears to be some sort of anchoring problem to the screen, that and it appears the interface tries to reset itself every time i login to the game.
Since you clearly state you didnt bother with important details like the level indicator or it would seem keeping the same interface clamped and saved to the screen. I am at a loss what to do. Because I do love this, when you reset the interface..it just looks great, no clutter or anything.

It's not a "mod-breaker" for me as I love the rest of the stuff on this UI and it certainly adds some extra danger & threat while exploring
Thank you for compiling such a fine skin.

The lack of a level feature on the vitals is part of the way it is designed, but remember I didn't make it that way, it's just how it is in the Cleanlinez skin I took it from. You can always hover your mouse over the actual target and the tooltip that pops up will say their level.
That's the only fix I have for now unfortunately.

Displaying the targets level and/or type (elite, signature etc)
Hey there. Loving this UI as it has almost everything I'm looking for in a single skin but one tiny issue is the target frame doesn't seem to have a way to display the TARGET'S LEVEL and/or type such as elite, signature or normal so all I have to go on is the colour. This isn't so bad as it adds extra danger and fun when mobbing but when targeting friendlies it's a shame as I'm a curious hobbit and knowing the level of someone is handy.
Any info. on how this might be toggled or if it might make it in a later update would be greatly appreciated and again, loving your skin - Kudos!
