re: My Dilemna
Odd.. the whole time my partner and I have loaded the UI up, restarted LotRO and all is good.. shifted UI around as we see fit.. yet never saw the AA/Bags (and like said, menu buttons out of place).
So I tried this time to load one of your layouts, ie one for my resolution, and it all falls into place. Odd indeed but fixed
All I wish to do now is change your minimap to the one in this mod: http://www.lotrointerface.com/downlo...info.php?id=86
Nothing against your minimap, just a bit big for my liking, otherwise good ![Smile](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/smile.gif)

Hey! Love the interface, just wondering if you will be changing the graphics out for a mirkwood style now seeing as moria has come and gone
perhaps a green of sorts?

I thought it was about time I asked this.. may be a stupid question but ever since I've used DaimonUI around half a year back, I've never seen the auto attack button or the bags as per seen in the screenshot pointing out where each part is located.
And the menu buttons which are supposed to be in the middletop of the GUI (as per pic mentioned above) are now behind the left side of the GUI.. ie where the chat window is positioned.
Anyone else having this problem or just me? If needed, can take screenshot and point out where bits are.. my only other tidbit would be with the customisable menu buttons, will the GUI change to have the menu buttons + bags next to each other and include static images? Otherwise, good work mate!

Daimon - Thanks for the reply and the info, I plan to give it a try. Personally, I would love to see many more variations on your UI - blue, red, purple, green, etc, etc.... Perhaps, in time, I will learn how to write it all myself. But I wouldn't hold your breath just yet <g>. Thanks again.

Mini
First - Great improvements.. Love the shrinking of the 3d portrait down.
http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/d...hot00000-1.jpg
So here is my UI (yes I have low resolution, I'm not rich and can't afford another monitor). This is why I use mini. Now in the bottom right (Yes I offset the main toolbar on purpose) can you make the minimap not square? You can see the highlighted bar for the area (quest tracker stuff) covers the last quickslot bar a little. It is way bigger than it has to be though. If you could cop of the sides a little it would be perfect. Is it possible to hot air balloon the minimap? (best example of shape I want)

Love it
I've used about 2 different in the years of LOTRO but they were all slow to update to MoM let alone SoM, this one looks greata nd is updated.
BUT i've been havingissues that according to screenshots i should NOT be having. Some o have solved, some i have partially solved.
I run in a windowed 1920x1080 (my windows res is 1920 x 1200) Yeah i switched to the 1920 files.
AUDIO: I get no green audio if voice chat is enabled (i can see if in the screenshot) i have a blank grey box instead that i know is meant to be audio cause if i switch voice on and off i can see the box disappear and reappear. After some reading and very limited knowledge i took the "voice.tga" and "voice_active.tga" from the creeps dir and put it in the daimonui3 dir, when i loaded up, i had a red audio (as if i was chatting), i though opps, wrong way round so switch the files, i loaded, got the green one, but when i went to chat, it didn't turn red ![Frown](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/frown.gif) Not sure how to fix it.
SOLVED: Erm it did turn red, had to be in a fellowship silly me! But still, i had to copy those files to get it running.
INV: I get no red line but luckily i was able to see it in the images above and could move it by locating the "invisible" line and moving the bags.
If i could solve the audio issue, i would be VERY happy. I signed up to write this and vote .. awesome work friend.

so the bags slots are supposed to be see-though correct? I'm just making sure I didn't mess anything up on the purple version, if I did then that's awesome I like it this way.... just wish I knew how I did it. If not then It still looks awesome and I wish I knew how to do it.

Daimon - First of all, I LOVE your interface! Thank you! Secondly, I have been using your Creeps Interface for some of my regular (Freeps) Characters. I did notice that there are a few files missing - at least there was in the last version - between the regular interface and the Creeps interface. I just copied over everything from the regular interface to the Creeps one, without overwriting any of the duplicate files. Is this enough? Or will there be problems down the road? Is there something I should do to have a better "Creeks-looking" UI for some of my characters? (I assume the pending update fixes the fact that the Creeps SkinDefinition file wasn't updated for Mirkwood)?
Thanks again for all your hard work. Thanks to you, and the other excellent modders here, I am *starting* to understand some of the very, very basics about modding the UI. (I was even able to *mostly* fix the Creeps SkinDefinition file to be Mirkwood compliant).

weird thing. I know a few people at least was able to download the newest version from here and when I do that myself it's ok too. It must be some sort of web site cache issue or something. I'll ask Cairenn to look into it ..
edit: if there is any other people who is having this issue, please comment.

Still 3.5
Daimon
Your UI that you have uploaded is still 3.5 - it says it's 3.5 in the filename and everything.
