That's on my wishlist, but there are some underlying challenges that mean it won't be in the next release.

Yes indeed! By my count there are 95 new deeds to include, and it's going to take a little time to get it done, but it's coming!

Thanks, it worked like charm. I also deleted the individual CharData_Charname etc. files for the no-longer-existing chars. Now the chars I have are much easier to find.

Great question! This is a feature I still need to add to the code, however there's a manual way to do it. I posted these steps below on 05-25-2021 and they should still work:

If you are comfortable editing text files, then you can open up the file Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\PluginData\<account name>\<server name>\AllCharacters\DeedTracker_CharData.plugindat a. There you will see a list of characters in semi-random order like this:

To manually remove a character you can:
  • Back up the DeedTracker_CharData.plugindata file, just in case;
  • Delete the line corresponding to your deleted character;
  • Currently it causes problems if there is a gap in the numbers. If the number on the left (the index) was not the highest number, adjust them. In this case, if I deleted line ["2"], I would change ["3"] to ["2"] and ["4"] to ["3"].

Firstly, fantastic plugin. Has really helped nail down those last few deeds I needed. I noticed you are going to update some of the deeds in the coming months. Would it be possible to add "Where Death Lies in Wait" to the list of deeds not able to be attained now. It was removed and is no longer part of the "Reclaimer of Thikil-gundu" meta-deed.

That is the Critter Slayer deed in Gundabad and the Tûr Fûar Drearspire deeds.
Is it possible to remove them or at least stop them from counting towards the total completion?

Thanks for your comment! Yes, I've been busy on other things lately, but I plan on putting some time into the Deed Tracker plugin over the next few months. I have a note about Critter Slayer, and I'll add the Drearspire to my todo list too.
