The time works, but not the time of day, e.g. morning, afternoon, night etc. It always shows a different time of day than it actually is in game.
Here is an example, it is MORNING in game, but it shows EVENING on the plugin:

The Time at the top of the window is the real time, and the time at the bottom is the server time
