if I write the exact procedure I did.
I made the reputation item and with the reputation window open in your plugin to see if the values change automatically, I used the item. the values didn't change instead I got the error message.

note: I made that craft reputation item because I have most of my reputation at max. values. one more clarification is possible.
since I have a lot of plugins active, so I have them set to run automatically, so I turn on your plugin only when I need it, so I open the plugin manager already on the loaded character and I load the plugin and that's exactly what I did now that I wanted to test and verify information from you about that automatic reputation update

if the reputation windows is open when you use a reputation item it does not actualize it automatically, because like i said it write the datas to a file and then read the file when you open the window.... so

so open the window, check the reputation points you have, close the reputation window, use your reputation item and then reopen the window, your reputation has inscrease

it updated the reputation automaticaly, but not in real time because of the writing and reading to the file

Just installed the plugin and it looks very promising!

One thing I immediately missed though: resizable windows. Is there a way to implement that? Checking through reputations is kinda tedious in the small preset window and since I can't use the mouse wheel to scroll I'd really like to have bigger windows.

I also managed to freeze the "Choose a titel" dropdown box for the reputations value. It doesn't disappear when closing all windows. I don't know how I managed that though Will add info, if it happens again.

Edit: and I just noticed: I cannot scroll through my reputations list without hitting the plus once and showing all fractions, even the unknown one. When hiding them, I have no scroll bar

I promised to inform you about the test result

so this time I used reputable utems for the dwarf faction in Moria.
I opened the reputation window in the plugin and also the reputation window that is built into the game and then I closed both, then I used the reputation item and then I opened both reputation windows (reputation in the plugin, and also the default reputation) and the only change I noticed was that the reputation of the faction for which I used the reputation item was displayed above the "+" button (previously all the names of the faction with numeric values were together) but the numeric values have not changed, I still have 0/0 reputation immediately so if you are based in your reputation module on the reputation module in the titanbar then you must have something there that causes mistakes

and everything is working fine, like i said it read the chat chanel to get the informations and then save it to the reputation file, if you change the language the reputation file will be written in another language, the pugin will write in it and the First time you use an item it will not compte it, because it needs to rewrite the datas in the new languages, if you keep the same languages, it is working fine

Please let me know : in wich languages are you playing, because i found a few reputation names that was not right in the french version of TitanBar
may be there is some wrong too in other languages.... i did a few corrections in french allready

if you have a gain of reputation and the message from AlHolic is not showing up, that means it does not reconize the name of the reputation and there is an error
in the name of the reputation in the data file, let me know if that happend with some reputation in the languages you are playing that will help me to correct that, because i am playing in french and correct the french name of the reputations when is see a probleme, but i do not play in other languages and can not see if a reputation name is written wrong or not in the datas file

I did a few more try and all the reputation are increasing normally in Moria in French, English and German

so I don't know, I didn't have time to answer the problem of reputation sooner, so I wanted to do it today, even with visual samples (screens) (I could have it yesterday, but it was the update with a new zone and a faction that has its own reputation)

so report: before I tested your plugin I proceeded as follows: - I turned on the game, loaded the character (I always tested it on only one character, always on the same) I opened the plugin manager and then I manually turned on the plugin in the manager.
today I wanted to try it on all characters so before selecting a character in the plugin manager I marked all the characters that I want the plugin to load automatically on them (but I do not use the all character option but I will name the characters on which I want to run the plugin when in the past I have the option all chcracters made trouble) and then I loaded the first character and there was an error the plugin did not load automatically so I turned off the game and tried the ability to automatically load only one "test" character with the same result so I turned off the game again and used the option load all character again with the same result, I turned off the game again and used the first option, namely that I marked all the characters in the plugin manager and then loaded the plugin character loaded on so I manually turned on the plugin on the loaded character, which he did but when I wanted to open a reputation on the loaded the character gave me an error:

I did exactly the same as you did (in english) and everything is working fine on my side, i do not know what is going on, i asked a few friends of mine what happend to their side and they told me it is working fine, so i do not know what you are doiing to make the plugin not working, try to delete the reputations_settings file in the plugindata folder and the retry

i will still try to investigate what is happening

Hi, first I would like to say thanks for this plugin, it's really useful when you have 15 alts to keep track of One thing I have noticed though, I have 2 alts that do not have a crafting profession and in the list they are missing the backpack icon as well as the crafting one. I can still open the backpack window if I click in the space where the icon should be so it is definitely working but just no visual cue to say it is there.

It is because you are displaying the professions bags for your character and those characters does not have a professions yet...

this has been corrected in the 2.07 Version

Nice handy plugins. I like it.

Two bugs I found:
When using a reputation acceleration tome, the plugins add more than needed (Parsing issue?, it read each number to add, but only the first one count, the second is just for info)

Example logs:

Also I don't have a log right now, but i can provide but if you have a decrease in reputation, it doesn't take it into account. For the Ale/Inn festival quest, I've encountered it, but I assume it will be the same for example when you kill protected animals in Lorien, or the two camps in Mordor.
Also since it doesn't remove reputation, it goes over Kindred for the Ale/Inn.

And for feature, it was pointed out but not be able to use the mouse scroll for the reputation is kind of a bummer. If it is not a API limitation, it will be great to implement it

so I figured out what I had for a mistake in the reputation module.
at the beginning of the discussion about the reputation module, I asked if all reputations were updated automatically and you answered that yes, only then there was communication noise,. so you do not need to manually set the reputation level, which in the case of the reputation module in your plugin does not apply at all, so in the beginning you need to set the reputation manually.
I will give an example: the reputation of Bree I have a level of neutral points of 5000 and I will use the reputation item 30 points and since I did not manually set this reputation before, the module in your plugin will list me:
Bree's reputation I have a level of neutral points 30, since I got those 5,000 points before installing the plugin, which, unlike the titanbar plugin, which takes data from members, shows me the correct number of points, i. : 5030 and even assuming the plugin I installed later, so when I already had a Bree reputation for some points
so much to my problem with the reputation module in your plugin.

but I also found a mistake there
You are missing items for factions: The Gabil'akkâ, and 2 other factions that were added with the last update (the Wildwood)

and one comment:
in the titanbar plug-in reputation module you have the option to turn off the monitoring of a specific reputation what I would think to add well to your reputation module in your plug-in
I will give an example: I have a craft armorer on the character, so I think it is unnecessary to have jeweler, cook, etc. in the full list. since I will never make such a reputation for this character
