bug in french

Hello, I have tried your plugin update

but i have only one icon showing up in the window

the racial icon every thing eles in not showing up

Hey, I also apologise if I was overly harsh. I am actually Polish, grew up in Germany but was fortunate enough to be taught English well. Please keep your input for the plugin coming! I want to make it better for everyone including you, it just takes some time.

I will see if I can make it so only Turbine libraries are added, not the examples. I never thought about making that improvement because it did not bother me, but I am sure it bothers more users than just you, so maybe I can make that even better :-)

Karusell: Zugegebenermassen habe ich diesen Modus nie intensiv ausprobiert und er ist ein Relikt von Dhors Entwicklungsarbeit vor vielen Jahren. Schaue ich in den Quellcode scheint es so als haette er in Wirklichkeit hat funktioniert. Ich nehme das als Bug auf, aber ich gebe dem Modus nicht viel Prioritaet da sich noch nie jemand dazu beschwert hat und die Anzahl an Nutzern gering ist. Es gibt leider andere, schlimmere Bugs die ich erstmal beheben muss.

Skills im deutschen Client:
Bei den Deutschen wie Franzoesischen Skills gibt es genau das Problem das du beschreiben hast, sie funktionieren nicht. Wie man im Changelog sieht habe ich neulich ca 30 wieder repariert aber es fehlt immer noch eine Menge. Damit die Skills funktionieren muss ich den absolut genauen Wortlaut der Faehigkeit wissen, inkl aller Sonderzeichen und Interpunktion. Dazu muesste ich wirklich alle Faehigkeiten einmal im deutschen Client abarbeiten und abschreiben, und dafuer fehlte mir die Zeit. Ist aber auf der ToDo-Liste.

Man kann mir helfen in dem man hier als Kommentar diese ganz genauen Namen der Skills an mich weitergibt. Oder wer sich ein wenig im Programmieren auskennt kann gleich schreiben wie und wo der Quellcode angepasst werden muss. Dann muss ich nicht selber nachschauen sondern kann die Korrektur gleich so einpflegen.

Freue mich das das Plugin hilft und darauf das demnaechst eine relativ bug-freie Version 1.1.0 erarbeitet wird.

it's just a matter of clarification so I can understand.

an additional question: why did you add turbine examples plugins to the last update, all you had to do was enter the Turbine startup libraries so that the Travel Window II plugin could work
- in the plugin until now, not bought milestones were shown because Dhor decided that is okor did not know how to hide them; I could enable it back but it is my choice to not show untrained skills for consistency
- I think I can relatively quickly add the option for users to add blank slots between skills
- I did not add the examples, in fact neither libraries or examples are included in TravelWindow II. What I did is I made it so Plugin Compendium knows that Turbine libraries are needed by Travel Window II and install them if they are not there - it is Plugin Compendium that installs the examples together with the libraries unfortunately. This was obviously done so first time users who do not know about Turbine libraries can get the plugin working quickly out of the box

I am not sure if it is the language barrier or something else, but I have to say you r comments do not feel nice to me. When you say "you just had to" or "simply do this", while you admittedly have no idea what is simple and what is not when it comes to software development, feels paternizing or passive aggressive. I have chosen to spend my free time making a plugin for others to use. I make deliberate decisions how to change it, and it is discouraging being treated as if I do not know what I am doing or being spoken down to.

So why is there an issue? The "enabled/disabled" feature shows all possible skills in the options window, but was ignoring the setting for unlearned skills other than milestones until recently. So for most skills, having them "enabled" but not learned was and is NOT showing them in the list/icon grid/pulldown. If I change that I would change it for all skills (consistency), and suddenly Travel Window is showing a lot of unusable skills for everyone, all greyed out. Now you could argue people can click off those unlearned skills, but:
a) it sucks to turn off 30+ skills on a new character
b) when you learn a new skill but it is disabled, it will not show up in Travel Window at first, and users forget they had to turn off all skills to not have them show up greyed out, so they will be sad/confused their newly learned skills are not showing up in TW

These all have fixes, but why spend time and build around a workaround/hack rather than introduce a proper solution?

So overall, the experience of using Travel Window becomes worse by forcing everyone to use the plugin in the way you suggest. What it needs is other, dedicated, better ways of sorting and presenting skills so the icon grid list becomes readable.

Sorting

As a general statement, the sorting of skills IS broken and was the main motivation to start work on TW II. It is being worked on, and I appreciate more reports of specific wrong behaviour since it allows me to test the feature better.
A fix for this will be released as soon as I can make it happen.

Premiumheim sollte wieder funktionieren in v1.0.6beta. Ich habe im deutschen Client getestet und sogar selbst ein Premiumheim gekauft.

Ich habe getestet und im deutschen Client ging fast jeder Reiseskill nicht, zB Nach Minas Tirith, Kriegslager, Lager des Heeres, Haerondir, Rassenfaehigkeiten und und und. Ich habe jetzt etwa 30 davon repariert, und es sind noch ca 15 bis 20 die kaputt sind.
