First of all, great plugin - i love it !

Is there a possibility to include an option to change the size of the window ?
It's really a bit too small.

I'm not sure how impactful these changes are, but I suggest making the following changes in Translate.lua:

Thanks for your message.
You can move the small icon (I call it the Quick Launcher). It's lock by default, but you can unlock it from the plugin options window in the plugins manager :

You can also dispable this icon and change its opacity.

Couple of things I noticed

For the Tokens Tab can you make this so that it will enlarge all the way currently it has a very small window with a scroll

And on the small icon in the top right hand corner it is not movable, can you make it movable so we can position it where it looks the best

I just fixed the dependency in the version "BOF - BandOfFarmers 0.2.3".

About the icon issue, you're right : this is because of the client language. In fact, I catch the vacation with ProfessionInfo class (from the lotro API)... and this class return the translated vacation name only. My plugin supports only the French vacation names, and Jeweller is the default icon (if the name is not recognized).
I realized that most of half of downloaders are not French... So I plan to translate the plugin later this month (I actually work on a massive update for the untranslated Warbands Slayer plugin ^^).

Edit: Otherwise nice plugin! Seems to work even on English client. Of course the interface is not translated. One think i noticed - not sure if it has something to do with the English client, but all vacation have the Jeweler icon, even tho tooltips are correct.
