Divine UI Conversion

One of my most favourite UIs, has long since fallen into disrepair thanks to F2P. But I was just now thinking I would love to overhaul it and make it useable again.

Could anyone tell me what I need to do to fix it up so I can use it again? The author has already stated that anyone can pick it up again, so I would of course upload it when I got it fixed.
