best UI for 1920x1080

I have currently bought a new monitor that runs in 1920x1080 and before I am playing lotro in that res to get the full potential out of both the game and my monitor. However the game unless I am wrong the game has not prepared for people playing in this res, besides the toolbar which can be resides bags and icons appear extremely small.

I was wondering which UI would be best fitted to helping this problem?

Have you tried in-game UI scalers? These options should be located somewhere at the bottom of the UI Settings tab in the main options.

Skinners can do some enhancements for high res UI but it's still very restricted. For example making the skill buttons larger the scalers mentioned above is the only way to go. That results in blurry icons tho, and there's no workaround for it.
