100% support from me on this. Been bugging the devs for months now, and nothing. Would take one of them about fifteen minutes to code this into the game, heck, give it to me, I'll do it myself. The reason for this amongst Dewee's, is that I don't want to contiously hold down a button in order to adjust my player angle or camera. Doing so creates uneven mouse movements, even with precision mice and mice peripherals.
The other issue is that while the mouse buttons cannot be redefined so we are stuck with the typical default functions, even worse, they double up in function.
The left mouse button when in first person view turns your character.
The left mouse button when in third person view turns your character.
The right mouse button when in first person view turns your character.
The right mouse button when in third person view turns your camera.
One of those needs to take on the role of turning your camera(head swivel) while in first person view; preferrably the right mouse button. Or even better, make them choosable.
