Quest Tracker question

Is it possible to change the transparency of the quest tracker window? My wife plays and has a hard time seeing the quests she is tracking and I was wondering if we can give it a background. Any help would be appricated. I have some knowledge of programming so if anyone can either point me in the direction to do it myself, or if someone can make this for me ... it would be great.
