G13 + G15v1 Overlay

I have a Logitech G15v1 Keyboard and a G13 Gamepad. I have configured those to use the Lotro quickslot combinations. Now I'm looking for a way to represent the assigned quickslots on my interface. Is this possible with a UI skin or a Lua script?
