checkbox issues (still?)

is anyone able to use the stock LOTRO checkboxes? they said that it was fixed with the last big update, but still doesn't seam like the checkbox.IsChecked method is not working, anyone else having the same problem or did you all rebuild your own control?

Edit: Ok, had someone else looking over my information and found the problem, sorry for making a worthless thread
