We've set up an IRC channel for LotRO UI Devs. Anyone is welcome to join if they wish.
For those of you with a stand alone IRC or multi-protocol client, the information is:

For those of you that want to be able to use a web-based irc/chat client, you should be able to click on the link below and it'll prompt you to open the channel using your web client.
