Better font? Please?
Hello all!
I'm actually posting this on behalf of my sister. She has astigmatism which is a defect in the eyes. Because of this she has a very hard time reading the font in the game and it is spoiling her gaming experience badly. I have been looking everywhere for a UI that has a more readable font. (ELVUI for WoW for example lets you choose from over 15 fonts)
Is there any UI around that gives you this option, or, if not, could perhaps some kind soul develop one? I would be most grateful.

Mostly it's the serif font that is bugging her, but also the black outline of it.
