The ArtAsset are there, but I'm not sure about the definitions/the source code. We can reskin the selection screen, but I'm afraid that we cannot restructure the selection screen.
Turbine might deliver the necessary code in the future. With every release there's more we are allowed to do. I hope, that we will also be allowed to change the loading screens so that we can create consistent UIs.
