I don't think it would be hard for a plugin to keep track of the *names* and categories of equipped items, and make that list searchable. (Let me know if that's what you want and I could try putting it together.) But if you want stats, well, Lua just can't access those. Altholic gets around that by giving you a panel where you can type in the level and DPS/Armor of equipped items, but of course you have to keep that up manually.
