Hey man,
Just so you know there is a revamped visual skin editor in the Lotro Tools and Utilities for Developers section of the Downloads area. It allows you to visually adjust any of your UI elements (Panels, Bars, etc) And even change the pictures the skin uses. As long as you have the picture files on you system you can redirect where it looks for the pictures for any UI element.
For example. For my hobbits I like the Delving Hills Theme, but I hate the mini map and character windows (Can't think of their real name, the little circle with your HP and pwr at the top) So I opened the Skin Editor and told the skin to look in the Spirit of Elfwood Reborn folder for those elements. Also the AuC - Green and Blue (SoM) has a problem with the Mainbar background picture. The mini buttons on the right side of the mainbar do not match the background picture. You can move where those buttons are with the Skin Editor.
