for some of that it's not possible and others would need updated information from turbine to make it work. Nothing we can do about the new character screen ATM.
For the craft panel I put together one that is as close to the old one as the API allows us. you can find it

Edit: If you want I could cut the list down by about 100 pixels but you would only see 4 things in the list at that point.
