Interface Request - Maybe this already exists?

Hey all,

I would really really like it if the effects that are active on my character could be broken out and put into a separate section of the screen, and enhanced. Let me try and explain ---

I played WoW several years ago, and through mods there was the option of having the effects on your character appear as a list (similar to our quest tracker) somewhere on the screen. You would see the Icon, the name of the effect, and a countdown of how long that effect will continue to be active. Not small, not under the vitals, and not only the icon.

I would really, really like to have this for LOTRO. I looked through many of the mods here on the site, and didn't see one where this option was in the screen shots (though some did mention unit frames). So, does anyone know if this feature exists in any current mods?

Thank you for all your help,

No, and very, very sadly it can't currently be done either.

This has to be the most requested thing I see.

And the other one is having fellowship vitals shown horizontally.

One can only let the pictures look differently or move them around within a window. Completely change the representation of information is not possible.
