Just trying to learn to make ui and wasnt sure about something...I could try and error but i am on dialup and it takes 15 mins min to log in to game.

I i read correctly when trying to position your graphics on screen the x is bottom left corner of your image and y is top edge? so in theory if i say had a toolbar field of 1440x900 ( first one came to mind as its my screen size lets say the positioning is x=5 y=5 .... that would be upper left of the screen ??

Sorry for being such a noob but i am real interested in trying my hand at ui modding...as i am on dialup and fully playing is a pain at times.

basically yea, that's correct.

You could think that X and Y is the top left corner of the element.

Adding more to X moves the element to right.
Adding more to Y moves the element to down.

isnt that reversed cus x=0 is far left right?? so if i went x=2000 itd set it to the right?
