Should I wait to add a new UI
 

With the release of ROI and now the new Dev package, would it be wise to just wait until, the latest release's of custom UI's?

do you mean add for you to use? In which case I'd say no...get one you like now, and update if necessary. Besides, it's not like you have to pay for 'em, or can only have one.

If you mean add as in contribute one, I'd still say no. Add it, see what people think, do the updates when you can.
