Resizable health and powerbars and more

Would be great i we could change the size of them and also the place where they are positioned.

Please let us also change the place where level and name are placed.

u can change the place where thay are.
i would like to make the hp/ power longer and wider
btw ill have my new skin done once i am able to change this.
