Number Cooldown on Hotbar instead of timer?
 

It is possible to get a number counter rather than the greyed out clock type cooldown?

I find it difficult to see with the current set up and seeing the numbers drop you know exactly where you are?

Technically no - as we don't have access to item cooldowns - however, if the user supplies them, then displaying the cooldown in number form is perfectly possible.

This is something I would really like as well...

So in theory you could overlay a number countdown over the skill in question until it would be come active again?

How would you start? I think LOTRO is the only game not to have this option
