skindefinition.xml question

How would I go about obtaining a unedited skindefinition.xml. Unedited from blizzards skindef.xml, I mean.

Assuming you actually want Turbine's (LoTRO) skin definitions, not Blizzard's (WoW), Frosty's last update is here:

Note, Turbine has not published a recent skindefinition.xml for the latest updates/patches so somethings aren't up to date.
