Modifying Quickslots

Can anyone offer some insight into how to modify quickslots? I'd like to change them so one of them is 4x3 and one of them is 6x2. I've managed to reposition the toolbar and minimalize it to just the quickslots, but I can't figure out how to set up the positions for an individual quickslot bar.

No can't do... well you can't change the number of rows or columns in quick slot bars.

To reposition them just use the in game feature "ctrl" + "\"

Gah! I've got them repositioned but I really like to have a 6x2 and a 4x3. :-/
