Language plugin.
 

Hi, I have little question. I'm not good programer. if its possible to make a plugin that changes the game language?

No and if it would be possible I would think that would be a huge amount of work.

LotRO is available in English, French, and German. Any other full translations would have to come through Turbine, I think. One "might" be able to translate some elements using a UI Skin (not something I know anything about), and it could be possible to translate item and skill data (by adding/replacing the hover tooltips?), but the game by and large isn't accessible to us and, yes, translating it in its entirety would be...monumental. (This is coming from someone who loves languages and would be happy to participate in such a translation project.)

The game language can be changed at Login.

Unfortunately, I don't believe there are any choices other than English, Deutsch (German) and Frans (French).
